I'm extremely fortunate as a life-long hay fever sufferer to have seen my spring allergies diminish dramatically over the last five years. My fall allergies have all but vanished as well.
But Christ almighty this year has been a bear for tree pollen problems. I had to take some good ole Allerest pills yesterday--three of them, in fact--for the first time in ages. Allerest is the only over-the-counter anti-histamine that works and doesn't turn me into a zombie. Those prescription drugs like Claratin don't do shit for me.
Much as I love this fantastic spring weather, I'm hoping for some more rainy days to dampen down the yellow and green powder coating everything in our neighborhood of late.
