Netflix

Further proof that the 1980s was a bad decade for film. I hated everything about it, in particular Slater's watered-down Nicholson schtick.

That's more like it. Flop-house full of saucy underemployed actresses, dancers, and singers. Ginger Rogers, Kate Hepburn, Lucille Ball, Adolphe Menjou. Love Kate's acid delivery: "Evidently you're a very amusing person." Stage Door changes tone quite suddenly and to the film's detriment near the end, but its worst bits tower over the best of Heathers.

Yesterday I saw the water still bubbling up at the intersection. The water loss/after running syndrome hit me as well--but my work didn't close! I had to heat up Brita filtered water on the stove to wash up...YAWN, another 80s decade slam. Didn't we do this before? How can you say that with directors that you profess to love like Lynch, Kubrick, Scorsese, Allen, Cohen Bros., Raimi, Romero, Carpenter, Hooper, Craven, Gilliam, did some of their best work in that decade??? Cronenberg owned the 80s!! Spike Lee, Jim Jarmusch, Zhang Yimou, Christmas Story, Ran, Vanishing, Amadeus, River's edge, Tales From The Gimli Hospital, Right Stuff, Yeelen, Road Warrior, Tetsuo, all of the incredible Jackie Chan films??

Is this another ploy to get me to post or are you serious?
