Ok, I knew the situation in Iraq was dire, but if the Brits are pulling boots off the ground in the South, Bush's idyllic dreams and rosey scenarios are truly kaput.

I read that you caught the parade of critics of the Bush admin's "incompetence" on the Sunday talk shows. If Kerry can't win this it will be an indictment of the Amer people's sanity and quality.....
Kelly's book - cocaine at Camp David. "Favorite Son" - busted for coke possession, 1972 (author SAYS KARL ROVE TOLD HIM THAT!!!!! - but no independent confirmation).
Dave C. at work told me that his "buddy in Washington" says that the informed small talk there is that BUSH IS HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH CONDELEEZA RICE! Who knows - but apparently that strand of gossip is making the rounds there....
