Congratulation to my bro Pork Heaven and to his lovely wife--they finished the Tinman Olympic Triathlon Sunday. A 750 meter swim, 24 mountainous bike miles, and a 6-mile run to finish. I'm exhausted simply typing it all out.
Pork Heaven started marathon running in his forties. Just a handful of years ago we went for 3-mile runs together and he was huffing and puffing. Now he eats three miles for breakfast.
