That is one astonishing sculpture.I saw it - in the flesh, so to speak - and I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
I saw it in March 1999, and it still haunts me. There's Benini everywhere. Stumble into a decrepit church in a back alley? Bernini and often a Coravaggio or Rubens to boot. Not to mention those fountains.
I saw those foutains also. Fantastic! I was walking around just facinated by everything.. Astonishing! Anne Norway
